IDAHO FAMILY & CONSUMER SCIENCES (IFCS)
The Idaho Family and Consumer Sciences Educator Association, Inc. (IFCS) strives to promote and provide opportunities for continual personal and professional development so that Family and Consumer Science educators can prepare individuals for life and work, strengthen families, and support communities.
Click here to affiliate! Dues are $20 annually and you must also be a member of CTEI ($20). Your membership supports legislative advocacy, CTE tools, professional development, and a network of like-minded professionals who are focused on preparing students for life after high school. We will not be collecting national membership dues, however we would like to recommend that you join National CTE and FCS Associations. Click the association name to be directed to their site:
1. Association for Career & Technical Education (ACTE) $80
(ACTE is working to add a link on the ACTE website so that you can join NATFCS concurrently with one registration. If it doesn’t pop up, you will need to use the link below. Also, be sure that you don’t double pay CTEI dues, click ”I would like to join only the national ACTE”).
2. National Association Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences (NATFCS) $20: Note: You must be a member of ACTE to be a member of NATFCS.
